操作方法
1.颚式空载试车
（1） 颚式破碎机连续运转2小时，轴承温升不得超过30℃。
（2） 所有紧固件应牢固，无松动现象。
（3） 飞轮、槽轮运转平稳。
（4） 所有摩擦部件无擦伤、掉屑和研磨现象，无不正常的响声。
（5） 排料口的调整装置应能保证排料口的调整范围。
2. 颚式有载试车
（1） 颚式破碎机不得有周期性或显著的冲击、撞击声。
（2） 给料粒度应符合设计规定。
（3） 连续运转8h，轴承温升不得超过30℃。
3.颚式破碎机使用前的准备工作
（1） 仔细检查轴承的润滑情况是否良好，推力板的连接处是否有足够润滑脂。
（2） 仔细检查所有紧固件是否紧固。
（3） 仔细检查传动带是否良好。若发现有破损现象时，应及时更换，当传动带或带轮上有油污时，应用抹布将油污擦净。
（4） 检查防护装置是否良好，发现有不现象时，应及时排除
（5） 检查破碎腔内有无矿石或杂物，若有矿石或杂物时，则必须清理干净，以确保破碎机空腔起动。
（6） 检查起顶螺栓是否退回，垫片组是否压紧，T型螺栓是否拧紧。破碎机司机必须经过培训，达到“三懂”（懂结构、懂性能、懂原理）、“四会”（会使用、会维护、会保养、会处理故障），经培训考试合格，取得合格证后，方准上岗操作。
第2条与工作面刮板输送司机、运输巷带式输送机司机密切配合，统一信号联系，按顺序开、停开有大块煤、矸在破碎机的进料口堆积外溢时，应停止工和面刮板输送机运转若大块煤，矸不能进入破转机或有金属物件时，必须停机处理。
操作提示
1、根据使用情况，碎石轧料槽上面应设保护罩，防止碎石由轧料槽内崩出伤人。
2、开机前，要清除破碎机内及周围的杂物，必须检查各润滑部位，并用手搬动数圈，各部机构灵活才允许开机。
3、破碎机工作时，严禁用手从腭板间取出石块，如有故障应用撬棍、铁钩等工具处理。
4、若因破碎腔内物料阻塞而造成停车，应立即关闭电动机，待物料清除干净后，再行起动。
5、调节排料口时，应先松开拧紧弹簧，待调整好后，再适当调整弹簧的张紧程度并拧紧螺栓，以防衬板在工作时脱落。
6、破碎机工作时，要防止石块嵌入张力弹簧中，而影响弹簧强度。

Operation method
1. Jaw type no-load test
(1) The jaw cer shall operate continuously for 2 hours, and the temperature rise of the bearings shall not exceed 30 ℃.
(2) All fasteners should be firm and free of looseness.
(3) The flywheel and pulley operate smoothly.
(4) All friction components are free from scratches, debris, and grinding, and there are no abnormal noises.
(5) The adjustment device of the discharge port should be able to ensure the adjustment range of the discharge port.
2. Jaw loaded test drive
(1) Jaw cers shall not have periodic or significant impacts or impact sounds.
(2) The maximum feeding particle size should comply with the design specifications.
(3) After continuous operation for 8 hours, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃.
3. Preparation work before using jaw cer
(1) Carefully check whether the lubrication of the bearings is good and whether there is sufficient lubricating grease at the connection of the thrust plate.
(2) Carefully inspect all fasteners to ensure they are securely fastened.
(3) Carefully check if the drive belt is in good condition. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When there is oil stains on the drive belt or pulley, a cloth should be used to wipe off the oil stains.
(4) Check if the protective device is in good condition. If any unsafe phenomena are found, they should be promptly eliminated
(5) Check if there are any ores or debris in the cing chamber. If there are ores or debris, they must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that the cer chamber starts.
(6) Check if the top bolt is retracted, if the gasket group is tightened, and if the T-bolt is tightened. The cer driver must undergo training to achieve the "three understandings" (understanding structure, performance, and principles) and "four skills" (understanding use, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting), pass the training and examination, and obtain a certificate of qualification before being allowed to operate on duty.
Article 2: Work closely with the scraper conveyor driver on the working face and the belt conveyor driver in the transportation lane, unify signal communication, and start and stop in sequence. When large coal and gangue accumulate and overflow at the feeding port of the cer, the operation of the scraper conveyor on the working face should be stopped. If large coal and gangue cannot enter the cer or there are metal objects, the machine must be stopped for processing.
Operation tips
1. According to usage, a protective cover should be installed above the ced stone rolling groove to prevent ced stones from falling out of the groove and injuring people.
2. Before starting up, the debris inside and around the cer must be removed. All lubrication parts must be checked and manually moved several times to ensure that all mechanisms are flexible before starting up.
3. When the cer is working, it is strictly prohibited to remove stones from between the palate plates by hand. If there is a malfunction, tools such as pry bars and iron hooks should be used for handling.
4. If the car stops due to material blockage in the cing chamber, the motor should be immediately turned off and restarted after the material is cleared.
5. When adjusting the discharge port, the tightening spring should be loosened first. After adjustment, adjust the tension of the spring appropriately and tighten the bolts to prevent the lining plate from falling off during operation.
6. When the cer is working, it is necessary to prevent stones from being embedded in the tension spring, which may affect the strength of the spring.
