故障介绍

颚式破碎机在运行过程中承受力矩或振动较大,常会造成传动系统故障,常见的有:皮带轮与轴头部位产生间隙造成的轴头与轮毂磨损,偏心轴受力造成的轴承位磨损等。

出现上述问题后传统维修方法是将轮毂扩孔,补焊或刷镀后机加工修复为主,但两者均存在一定弊端:补焊高温产生的热应力无法完全消除,易造成材质损伤,导致部件出现弯曲或断裂;而电刷镀受涂层厚度限制,容易剥落,且以上两种方法都是用金属修复金属,无法改变“硬对硬”的配合关系,在各力综合作用下,仍会造成再次磨损。

上述维修方法在西方国家已不常见,当代欧美等发达国家针对以上问题多使用高分子复合材料的修复方法,应用成熟的是美国福世蓝技术,其具有的粘着力,优异的抗压强度等综合性能,可免拆卸、免机加工进行现场修复。用高分子材料维修既无补焊热应力影响,修复厚度也不受限制,同时产品所具有的金属材料不具备的退让性,可吸收设备的冲击震动,避免再次磨损的可能,并大大延长设备部件的使用寿命,为企业节省大量的停机时间,创造巨大的经济价值。

故障排除

常见到经检修和初次安装的锤片式粉碎机在试运转中机身发生强烈振动。出现这种情况主要有以下几个原因:

1)检修装配中锤片安装错误。锤片换面掉头使用时,为防止转子重量失去平衡,粉碎机内所有的锤片必须一齐换面掉头,否则会在运行中发生强烈振动。

2)对应两组锤片重量之差超过5克。排除的方法是调整锤片重量,使相应两组重量之差少于5克。

3)个别锤片卡得太紧,运行中没有甩开。可停机后用手转动观察,想办法使锤片转动灵活。

4)转子上其他零件重量不平衡,这时需要分别仔细检查调整平衡。

5)主轴弯曲变形。解决的办法是校直或更换。

6)轴承间隙超过极限或损坏。一般都采用更换新轴承才能解决问题。

However, both methods have certain drawbacks: the thermal stress generated by high temperature welding cannot be completely eliminated, which can easily cause material damage and lead to component bending or fracture; However, electric b plating is limited by the thickness of the coating and is prone to peeling off. Both methods use metal to repair the metal and cannot change the "hard to hard" fit relationship. Under the combined action of various forces, it will still cause further wear.

The above repair methods are no longer common in Western countries. Developed countries such as Europe and America often use polymer composite materials for the repair of the above problems. The most mature application is the Fushilan technology from the United States, which has super strong adhesion, excellent compressive strength and other comprehensive properties, and can be repaired on-site without disassembly or machining. The use of polymer materials for repair is not affected by welding thermal stress, and the repair thickness is not limited. At the same time, the metal material of the product does not have the flexibility to absorb the impact and vibration of the equipment, avoiding the possibility of further wear and greatly extending the service life of equipment components, saving a lot of downtime for enterprises and creating huge economic value.

Troubleshooting

It is common for hammer cers that have undergone maintenance and initial installation to experience strong vibrations during trial operation. There are several main reasons for this situation:

(1) Installation error of hammer plate during maintenance and assembly. When using the hammer blade with a face change and a U-turn, in order to prevent the weight of the rotor from losing balance, all the hammer blades in the cer must be face changed and U-turn together, otherwise strong vibrations will occur during operation.

(2) The difference in weight between the two sets of hammer blades exceeds 5 grams. The elimination method is to adjust the weight of the hammer pieces so that the difference between the corresponding two sets of weights is less than 5 grams.

(3) Some hammer blades are stuck too tightly and do not shake off during operation. After stopping the machine, rotate it by hand to observe and find a way to make the hammer rotate flexibly.

(4) The weight of other parts on the rotor is unbalanced, and it is necessary to carefully check and adjust the balance separately.

(5) The spindle is bent and deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace.

(6) The bearing clearance exceeds the limit or is damaged. Usually, the problem can only be solved by replacing the bearings with new ones.
