使用说明

(一)颚式破碎机起动前的准备工作

1、应仔细检查轴承的润滑情况是否良好,轴承内肘板连接处是否有足够的润滑脂。

2、应仔细检查所有的紧固件是否完全紧固。

3、防护装置是否良好,发现不现象,应立即消除之。

4、检查破碎腔内有无矿石或其他杂物,如有则应立即消除。

(二)颚式破碎机的起动

1、经检查、证明机器与传动部分情况正常,始可起动。

2、本机只能在无负荷情况下起动。

3、起动后,若发现有不正常的情况时,应立即停车,待查明原因排除隐患,方可再次起动。

(三)颚式破碎机的维护和使用

1、破碎机正常运转后,方可投料。

2、待破碎材料应均匀地加入破碎腔内,并应避免侧面加料,防止负荷突变或单边突增。

3、在正常工作情况下,轴承的温升不应超过35℃,温度不得超过70℃,否则应立即停车,查明原因加以消除。

4、停车前,应先停止加料,待破碎腔内被破碎物料完全排空后,方可关闭电机。

(四)颚式破碎机的润滑

1、经常注意及时做好磨擦面的润滑工作,可保证机器的正常运转和延长使用寿命。

2、本机采用的润滑脂,应根据使用地点、气温等条件来决定,一般可采用钙基、钠基或钙钠基润滑脂。

3、加入轴承座的润滑脂为其容积的5070%,每三个月必须更换一次;换新油时必须用干净的汽油或煤油清洗轴承与轴承座内污物。

4、肘板与肘板垫接触处在机器开动前,必须加入润滑脂。

1. 颚式破碎机润滑

操作方法

1.颚式空载试车

1) 颚式破碎机连续运转2小时,轴承温升不得超过30℃。

2) 所有紧固件应牢固,无松动现象。

3) 飞轮、槽轮运转平稳。

4) 所有摩擦部件无擦伤、掉屑和研磨现象,无不正常的响声。

5) 排料口的调整装置应能保证排料口的调整范围。

2. 颚式有载试车

1) 颚式破碎机不得有周期性或显著的冲击、撞击声。

2) 给料粒度应符合设计规定。

3) 连续运转8h,轴承温升不得超过30℃。

3.颚式破碎机使用前的准备工作

1) 仔细检查轴承的润滑情况是否良好,推力板的连接处是否有足够润滑脂。

2) 仔细检查所有紧固件是否紧固。

2条与工作面刮板输送司机、运输巷带式输送机司机密切配合,统一信号联系,按顺序开、停开有大块煤、矸在破碎机的进料口堆积外溢时,应停止工和面刮板输送机运转若大块煤,矸不能进入破转机或有金属物件时,必须停机处理。

操作提示

1、根据使用情况,碎石轧料槽上面应设保护罩,防止碎石由轧料槽内崩出伤人。

2、开机前,要清除破碎机内及周围的杂物,必须检查各润滑部位,并用手搬动数圈,各部机构灵活才允许开机。

3、破碎机工作时,严禁用手从腭板间取出石块,如有故障应用撬棍、铁钩等工具处理。

4、若因破碎腔内物料阻塞而造成停车,应立即关闭电动机,待物料清除干净后,再行起动。

5、调节排料口时,应先松开拧紧弹簧,待调整好后,再适当调整弹簧的张紧程度并拧紧螺栓,以防衬板在工作时脱落。

6、破碎机工作时,要防止石块嵌入张力弹簧中,而影响弹簧强度。

Operating Instructions

(III) Maind Operation of the Jaw Cer

1. Feeding can only begin after the cer is running normally.

2. The material to be ced should be added uniformly into the cing chambvoiding side feeding to prevent sudden load changes or unilateral load surges.

3. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 35, and temperature should not exceed 70; otherwise, stop the machine immediately to identify the cause and eliminate the issue.

4. Before stopping, feeding must be stopped firstit until the material in the cing chamber is completely discharged before shutting off the motor.

(IV) Lubrication of the Jaw Cer

1. Pay constant attention to and ensure timelybrication of the friction surfaces to guarantee normal operation and extend service life.

2. The lubricating grease used should be determined based on the usage location and temperature conditions; generally, clcium-based, sodium-based, or calcium-sodium-based greases can be used.

3. The grease added to the bearing housing should be 50-70% of volume, and it must be replaced every three months. When changing the oil, clean the dirt from the bearings and bearing housing with clean gasoline or kerosene.

4. Lubric grease must be added to the contact area between the toggle plate and the toggle plate pad before starting the machine.

Maintenance Rules and Maintenance of Jaw Cers

2. Jaw Cer Loaded Test Run

(1) The jaw cer shall not produce periodic or significant impact or collision sou The maximum feed size shall comply with design specifications.

(3) Continuous operation for 8 hours, and the temperature rise of the bearings shall not exceed .

3. Preparations Before Using the Jaw Cer

(1) Carefully check whether the lubrication of the bearings is good and whether there is sufficient grease at the thrust plate conection.

(2) Carefully check whether all fasteners are tightened.

(3) Carefully check the condition of the drive belt. If damage is found, it should be replaced immediate If there is oil contamination on the belt or pulley, it should be wiped clean with a cloth.
